I took a few months hiatus from physio this summer and headed to the Northwest Territories to work at a Plummer's Lodge in the Taltheilei narrows. Sean has been there many summers.
On our nights off we often took a boat out and docked on another island to explore. Featured are caribou lichen and cranberries, waterfalls, a sweat lodge tent frame and stromatolites- remnants of blue-green cyanobateria which would have been the primary producers of oxygen in our early atmosphere. Cool eh?
